Decorated with heart shaped quince paste that pairs so well with cheese as well as fresh and dried fruits and wrapped with twigs of grape vine. Just beautiful. The cheese selection has been carefully crafted with cheeses from France, Spain, Italy and Australia that bring a delicious range of flavours and textures. We provide a tasting of the cheeses so you know how delicious they are and combine so well.

Brillet Savarin: This is a triple cream dessert brie that is luscious, creamy and faintly sour. It pairs well with Champagne and is quite salty when ripe.  This cheese that was created by the French cheese-maker Henri Androuët in the 1930s. It is named after 19th century gastronome and epicure, Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin.

Manchego aged 3 Months: A delicious cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain.  The cheeses are produced with the Manchego sheep’s milk, which feeds on a very wild vegetation typical of rough climates.  The climate and feed of the sheep cultivate an enjoyable taste that cannot be reproduced elsewhere.

Bastado del Grappa: A traditional cheese produced in the foothills of Monte Grappa massif and in the provinces of Treviso, Belluno, and Vicenza, in Italy. Bastardo del Grappa is a certified PAT cheese qualifying it as a genuine Italian product.
