Ageing

In French oak barrels from the 1900’s with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks.

Raw vegetables dipped into an oil and vinegar mix, ratatouille, creative salads. Sauces for light roasts and game. Red meat stews and casseroles.

Il Classico – 2 Gold Medals

A “Classic” for the Giusti family. Good thickness, with delicate hints of sweet and ripe fruit joint with hints of licorice and black pepper. A simple taste confirms a delicious balance of flavors and an extreme versatility.

Riccardo Giusti – 3 Gold Medals

Dedicated to the ancestor who created the recipe, born from sweet, dried grapes. Aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with a hint of honey and vanilla, for a great density and sweetness which makes it so loved.

Ageing

In barrels with the addition of aged Balsamic Vinegar extracted from a series of centuries old casks.

Born in celebration of the 400 years of the Giusti family. Deeply aromatic, with scents of ripe fruits, notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood, by the long ageing. The taste is rich and smooth, with intense and spicy flavors.

In series of antique small casks dating back to 1800’s. Extracted once a year in a limited quantity.
