REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

(FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS EXCL. CATERING)

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a seven day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at gourmet@newfarmdeli.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

All products must be returned in their original condition.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

New Farm Deli will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

CATERING POLICY

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

All our catering is made fresh to order and therefore all orders are to be placed with a minimum of ONE FULL BUSINESS DAY notice before required pickup.

Please note that all catering orders are to be picked up no earlier than 9am each morning, and all hot and ready to serve orders to be picked up no later than 4pm.  The cold itemed orders can be picked up anytime from 9am until close daily.

When placing your order online, please specify in the notes section whether you would like to collect your catering hot and ready to serve or cold and ready to reheat at your convenience.

If you are placing an order for a larger group, we strongly recommend you order over the phone or in store so that we may assist you with suitable quantities to serve your guests.

ALLERGY REQUESTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WHEAT, DAIRY, EGGS, NUTS & FISH ARE ALL COMMONLY USED IN OUR KITCHEN. PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY FOOD INTOLERANCES IN THE ALERGY REQUEST SECTION AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ASSIST WHERE/IF POSSIBLE.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT WHILE ALL DUE CARE WILL BE TAKEN IN THE PREPARATION OF YOUR FOOD, WE CANNOT 100% GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE TRACE-FREE. THIS IS DUE TO ALL FOODS BEING PREPARED ON THE SAME LINE AS OTHER FOODS CONTAINING THE LISTED ALLERGENS ABOVE.
